Quick answers to the stuff people ask most.
A simple workout tracker. Log your sets, see your strength grow, and watch your muscles light up on the body map.
Nope — you can start logging right away. Sign in from the Profile tab if you want your stuff to sync across phones or back up to the cloud.
Yes. Everything saves on your phone first. When you're online and signed in, it quietly syncs in the background.
Open the Workout tab and tap Start Workout — or pick one of your saved routines. Add exercises, log your sets, hit Finish when you're done.
All three just work. Bodyweight moves skip the weight field, cardio uses distance and time, and timed holds (like Plank or Dead Hang) ask for seconds — with a spot for added weight if you wear a plate.
Tap the # number on any set and pick the kind. Warmups don't count toward your records or volume — they're labeled but kept out of your stats so a 20 kg warm-up can't masquerade as your top set. Drop sets and failure sets still count, just tagged so you can tell them apart later.
Two exercises you alternate without resting much in between. Long-press an exercise card and choose 'Group with…' to pair it. The rest timer between paired sets shortens automatically, and the cards get a coloured line showing they belong together.
Open History, find the workout, and use the menu to rename, favorite, or delete it. Your stats catch up automatically.
Yep. In the Exercises tab, tap + and pick which muscles your new exercise hits.
Yes. Open any workout from the Activity tab and tap Repeat to start it again with the same exercises and sets, or Save to Routine to keep it as a reusable routine you can run anytime.
Train regularly and your streak grows. You can take up to 3 rest days in a row — it only breaks once a 4th day passes with no workout. As long as you train at least once every 4 days, you'll keep it.
Yes. On the last day you can still train without breaking your streak, you'll get a reminder at 2 PM. If you're training on schedule, you won't see it.
No — streaks only count workouts you log live. If you log a session for last Tuesday after the fact, it shows up in your history but doesn't fix a broken streak. Keeps the leaderboards honest.
Your best lift on an exercise. When you beat it, the app spots it automatically and shows a NEW PR badge after the workout.
Yes, with Premium. Tap an exercise in the Exercises tab and type in your best — it'll show up with a Manual badge so you know it's not from a logged session.
Yes — a manual PR is saved as your all-time best for that exercise, so it feeds the muscle heatmap and your ranks just like a PR hit in a logged workout.
Each exercise earns a rank based on how much you lift relative to your bodyweight. You climb from Iron through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Challenger, and Radiant — with three steps inside each tier.
A quick map of where you're strongest. Brighter colours mean higher ranks. On the exercise screen, red is the muscles your lift mainly works, and orange is the ones helping out.
Every workout earns you XP — the harder you work, the more you get. Early levels come fast, later ones take real commitment.
Level 99. Good luck.
You both need to be signed in. Open the Friends tab, tap +, and enter their 8-character code. Your own code is at the top of the Friends tab.
Your name, photo, weekly activity, the lifts you choose to feature, and a 7-day map of what you've been training. Individual sets and private notes stay private.
Where workouts you share with friends show up. After finishing a workout, tap Share to post it — friends see the summary and which muscles you hit, not your raw set-by-set log.
Yes. Open a workout, tap Share routine, and pick a friend. It lands in their notifications — the bell at the top of the home screen — where they can save it straight into their own routines.
When you're signed in, your workouts, PRs, and profile sync to the cloud. Reinstall the app or switch phones and pick up right where you left off.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password. You'll get a code by email that lets you set a new one right in the app.
