Delete Your Account

If you would like to permanently delete your DeltaLift account and all associated data, you can do so using one of the methods below.

Request Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated workout data, please email us from your registered email address. We will process your request within 48 hours.

What gets deleted

  • Your account credentials (email, password)
  • All workout logs and exercise history
  • Personal records and strength rankings
  • Body metrics (weight, body fat, measurements)
  • Profile information and profile image
  • Friend connections and showcase data
  • All cloud-synced data on our servers

You can also delete your account directly from the DeltaLift app:
Profile → Settings (gear icon) → Delete Account

After deletion, your local data remains on your device until you uninstall the app. You can continue using DeltaLift in offline-only mode. This action is irreversible — we cannot recover deleted data.
